Over the years, the 88-year-old Clark Theatre had been used as a cinema and a church, and then closed its doors permanently. The complete renovation of this nearly 10,000 sq. ft., 3-story building began in 2012 when investors contacted Rob Sesar with an ambitious plan to expand the theatre into a more serious entertainment facility—one that would host nationally recognized comedy acts and musical groups and host large private events.
