Over the years, the 88-year-old Clark Theatre had been used as a cinema and a church, and then closed its doors permanently. The complete renovation of this nearly 10,000 sq. ft., 3-story building began in 2012 when investors contacted Rob Sesar with an ambitious plan to expand the theatre into a more serious entertainment facility—one that would host nationally recognized comedy acts and musical groups and host large private events.
This classic, state-of-the-art Art Deco theatre, now called the DeVille , opened it’s doors in January 2014 after a $ 2 million transformation which included:

- State-of-the-art sound, visual and technical equipment

- Spacious dance floor / dining room (made possible by the complete removal of first floor seating)
